Built in the Middle Ages near Seggiano, the church of Santa Maria in Villa is a simple building with a gabled facade. Inside, there is a 14th century fresco of the Madonna and Child by Andrea Vanni, which is surrounded by a painting by Francesco Nasini depicting angels, saints and the Eternal Father.
