Situated on Corso Nasini, the 17th century Church of San Giuseppe is the seat of the Confraternity of the Misericordia. Its façade is dominated by a triangular tympanum and an architraved portal, and it has a cross vaulted ceiling. The high altar, which is in stucco and Baroque in style, houses The Marriage of the Virgin, a canvas by Francesco Nasini, signed and dated 1664. The painting depicts the Madonna in a white flounced dress crowned by the light that descends from above receiving a ring from Joseph under the eye of Saint Anne and a choir of angels.
