The municipal administration of Castel del Piano has been housed in the Ginanneschi building on via Marconi since 1937. Built in 1846 in 19th century Eclectic architectural style, the building is characterized by a round arched portal, with two stone columns, an external facing in smooth ashlar on the facade and at the corners, and decorative elements in local stone, such as string courses, sills and windows. Inside, it has many frescoed walls and a 17th century canvas depicting the Madonna and saints with a view of Castel del Piano.
