Carlo Bertocci was born in Castell 'Azzara, Grosseto, in 1946. An architect and artist, he is tied to the currents of Anachronism, Hypermanism and cultured painting, but also creates sculptures, terracotta, ceramics and bronzes. Having given numerous solo and group exhibitions, his works are on display in collections, museums and the Senate of the Republic Gallery. One of his bronze sculptures, a painting of the Madonna for the church of San Nicola, and a series of ceramics may be viewed in Castell’Azzara.
