The Museum of Oriental Art and Culture hosts the Namkhai collection, which brings together the studies and research of Professor Namkhai Norbu. The collection tells the story of prehistory and nomadic culture, language and literature, music and dance, architecture, medicine and astrology, visual arts and Tibetan Buddhism through works of art, handicrafts and costumes, votive objects of cultural and ethnographic value, documentaries and documents concerning research and studies on Himalayan and Central Asian culture.
